The Quality is in the Quantity
In the end reality always win. And the reality is that time is absolutely indispensable to high-quality parenting. Time is the framework upon which other aspects of family are built. It takes time to consistently discipline. It takes time to catch teens in the mood to talk with us. It takes time to teach, hug, pray, cry, be frustrated with each other and then make up. No matter how high the quality, it alone cannot form the bonds of a relationship. That takes quantity. It always will.

Chiedo ad un professore di psicologia durante una conferenza quali possono essere gli elementi necessari per costruire un buon rapporto con i figli - mi risponde:
1. essere presenti, sempre. (Non necessariamente fisicamente)
2. Mostrare sempre affetto allo sposo/sposa.
3. Mostrare affetto ai figli.
